Our permanent prices range from $300 $550 per week for a Studio Apartment & 1-2 bedroom fully furnished apartment with the facilities listed below:

LCD TV with Cable (Foxtel Hotel Package)
Private balcony ( studio apartment do not have a balcony or laundry failities)

•             Parental guarantor letter for rent payments and/or Payslips or proof of income
•             Medicare / concession cards / centerlink income statements etc
